    • Reserved seating for 1 in the Balcony for viewing of the show and The Coverups set

    LOGE ($500)

    • Reserved seating for 1 guest in the Loge for the show  

    • Entrance for 1 to the After Party with access to the floor, stage front location, and the VIP lounge in the Den. 

    VIP ($1,000)

    • Entry for 1 guest to the lavish VIP Pre-Party 

    • Seating for 1 guest in VIP section 

    • Entrance for 1 to the After Party with access to the Floor, stage front locations and the VIP Lounge in the Den. 

    GOLD ($5,000)

    • Entry for 4 guests to the lavish VIP Pre-Party 

    • Seating for 4 guests in rear orchestra

    • Balcony and Loge ticket holders are seated upstairs. 

    • VIP and sponsorship ticket holders are seated downstairs on the main floor 

    • All seating is assigned during the main show. After Party seating depends on ticket level.

EVENT EXPERIENCES

  • When the Fox Theater doors open at 6 p.m., VIP guests will be welcomed with a lavish reception featuring an open bar, elevated menu, interactive experiences and additional surprise performances before the show.  

  • Following the main performance, guests are invited to keep the party going with a headlining set from The Coverups, craft cocktails, and late-night bites. 

    • Tickets at the $500 level and above include access to the full After Party experience (access to main floor locations, food stations and open bar). 

    • $175 Balcony tickets include viewing of performances from your seat only. 

  • Seating is assigned during the main performance. 

    There will be a brief intermission between the main set and the After Party where guests at the Loge level and above can enjoy refreshments and visit the food stations on the theater floor level and the adjoining VIP Lounge in the Den. 

EVENT LOGISTICS

    • $1,000+ ticket holders: Doors open at 6:00 PM for the VIP Pre-Party. 

    • All other ticket holders: Doors open at 7:30 PM for the performance. 

    • The performance begins at 8:00 PM. 

  • We recommend rideshare services and public transit.


    Rideshare Drop-off: 1911 Telegraph Ave (between William St. & 19th St.) 
    BART: The Fox Theater is one block from 19th St. Station BART.

  • Purchases via notesandwords.org:

    • Sponsors and VIP ticket holders will pick up tickets and wristbands onsite at the VIP registration desk under the Fox Theater marquee. 

    • Loge and Balcony will pick up tickets at the Fox Box Office. 

    Purchases via Ticketmaster:

    • Tickets will be delivered electronically. 

  • Guests under 21 are welcome to attend the event. Please note that alcohol will be served at the open bar. In accordance with local laws, anyone who appears to be under 21 will be asked to present a valid government-issued ID before being served alcohol. Guests who are unable to provide valid ID will not be served alcoholic beverages. 

  • Come in your chicest concert cocktail attire.

  • We will not be offering a coat check.

  • All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. We encourage guests to review their order carefully before completing their purchase.

  • Purchases via notesandwords.org: Please contact us at notesandwords@ucsf.edu to coordinate a transfer. 

    Purchases via Ticketmaster:  To transfer Ticketmaster tickets, log in to your account on the app or website, go to "My Events," and select the event. Tap "Transfer," choose the tickets to send, and enter the recipient's name, email, or phone number.
